Please join Community Foundation of North Louisiana on Wednesday, September 23, for Community Counts 2026, CFNLA’s annual report on the quality of life in Shreveport-Bossier. Dr. Dave Norris, Chief Research and Innovation Officer at Louisiana Tech University, will present this year’s data report card for Shreveport-Bossier.
