SUMMARY:G4G Training: What is Give For Good?
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an introduction to Give For Good\, North Louisiana’s largest day of giving and learn how your nonprofit can be involved.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis training is a great opportunity for organizations who have not participated in Give For Good to get to know more about the event and how nonprofits can register to participate. This also serves as a refresher course to organizations that already have an account and new staff members. We will review important dates\, eligibility requirements\, the basics of fundraising through Give For Good\, and how to register or re-register. Q&A with Community Foundation staff will follow the presentation. \nReserve your seat today.

SUMMARY:Ruston Community Counts
DESCRIPTION:Join the Community Foundation as we discuss Community Counts\, our annual report card on Ruston’s quality of life indicators such as health\, education\, and economics. Dr. Dave Norris\, Chief Research and Innovation Officer at Louisiana Tech University\, will present the vital data that propels our work. \nThe Community Foundation has been producing Community Counts for eleven years. Data is collected on two Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) – Shreveport-Bossier and Monroe. The report also features three Micropolitan Statistical Areas – Ruston\, Natchitoches\, and Bastrop. This will be the second year of the Ruston-exclusive event. \nLearn more about Community Counts at cfnla.org/data.
